The answers to your queries may be found below:

A) It is mentioned in Tabrani that Ibn Umar has related that the Messenger (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) used to apply antimony (surmah) thrice in the right eye and twice in the left eye. (He would start with the right eye, then the left, and would then continue in this sequence until he would finish with the right eye)

In another narration narrated by Imam Tirmizi in his Shamaail, it is mentioned that the Messenger (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) would apply antimony in the right eye thrice, then the left eye thrice.

Both of the aforementioned methods are sunnah and one should act upon each one occasionally.

B) The messenger (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) would apply antimony at night time. Therefore, this would be the best time to apply it. However, it would be permissible to apply it during the day time as well.

C) Applying antimony is a general sunnah which could be practiced anytime. There is no particular virtue pertaining to the application of it on the day of Jumu'ah.
